Due to High demand for parcel delivery COURIER COMPANIES are EXPERIENCING DELAYS to normal shipping times. We ship as soon as we have payment but can't speed delivery, please order early to avoid disappointment.

Shipping Policy

As all our items are in stock at the time of purchase we have a next day shipping policy on all items except customised good which need to be created. This means that once we receive funds the item will be packaged and the courier informed there is a pickup waiting.


We will package all products as carefully as we can to get to you in good order. Should your order look damaged in any way during the transport process please document this damage with photographs of the exterior of the packaging and any interior packaging, as well as any damage to the product itself, and provide this information to us for assessment.

Customised items

All items that require customisation will require communication between PerfectpartiesNZ and the purchaser, this may be by email and/or phone. Delivery will be discussed and agreed and will depend on the purchaser providing the customisation details in a timely manner so that items can be produced, or proofs created for approval. Once proofs are approved (where required) or information is provided production will commence, from this point no refunds can be given.

We strive to make the delivery of all products as swift as possible but can not be held accountable for delays in the postal system so please order as early as you can to avoid disappointment.
